Let us tell you a bit about The Breverton
Our Rooms and amenities
We have Single, Double and Family rooms as well as a Ground Floor Easy Access Twin.
All rooms are en-suite with either shower or bath and shower. The Easy Access room has a wetroom which has additional aids for those guests who are less mobile or able.
Hospitality trays for that late night cuppa, Freeview TV, a hairdryer, iron and board are in every room.
Some rooms have microwaves and fridges.
We have high speed Wi-Fi throughout which is free of charge.
The Breverton Breakfast
Fresh, not fast is our motto, as is Your Breakfast, Your way everyday.
We really like guests to relax and take their time to enjoy breakfast when they are with us so we promise that we will never hurry you along...
To begin
We have a wide selection of cereals and porridge (including GF). We always have dairy free milk alternatives.
Fresh fruit as well as seasonal fresh fruit salad. Lancashire yogurts, both fruit and our famous Greek Style are always available.
You can build your own muesli too from our selection of dried fruits, nuts and seeds.
We grind our own coffee beans and have a wide selection of teas including fresh mint (picked from the garden when it’s in season).
Our marmalade and jams are homemade.
From the kitchen
Every breakfast is individually prepared.
We offer the full selection of the classic great breakfast and cater for vegetarians, coeliac, lactose intolerance and vegan, we also do syn friendly.
Other stuff
We have a rather nice south west facing garden. When the sun is shining it provides an ideal spot to sit and read or play some of our garden games.
Fancy a game of chess on our giant garden set? or have a go on our swing which is for all ages from 2 to 92.
As a detached house, the garden is enclosed and secure – we have a bike rack available if you wish to bring one for your visit.
We have off street parking for 5 cars, as well as ample on street parking which is free.
Our Local Attractions
Four championship Golf Courses are within a 10 minute drive – including Royal Lytham which is a 7 minute walk away.
Walkable from here are, Ashton Gardens, the Les Dawson Memorial Statue and St Annes Grade II listed Pier.
Going South: Lowther Pavilion, Theatre and Gardens, Lytham Hall and Fairhaven Lake with its boating lake and RSPB centre.
To the North, Blackpool Tower with its world famous Ballroom and Circus, The Pleasure Beach, The Sandcastle, Blackpool Zoo. Sealife Centre, Madame Tussauds and The Grand Theatre.
